How to Play Track & Field
Quick start
Choose 1 EVENT with Up/Down and START, then select 100M with A. Wait for the third signal and rapidly tap either A or B. Next try long jump: build speed the same way, hold a direction at the line and release near a 45-degree angle.
Controls
Menu: ↑/↓ select, START mode confirm, A event confirm/start. 100M: rapidly tap A or B. Long jump: tap A or B to run; hold/release any D-pad direction for jump angle. Hammer: A or B starts spin, D-pad hold/release sets throw angle.

Practise one event to learn its rhythm, play the full competition for an overall points total or link two systems for a contest.
