How to Play Wizardry Gaiden I - Joou no Junan
Quick start
Start with A or START. Assemble the registered adventurers at Gilgamesh’s Tavern, equip them and enter through the outskirts. In the maze A opens a door, B camps and START/SELECT offers the proper quit command.
Controls
Directional pad: up advances, left/right turns, down turns around. A: kick open door or advance if none. B: open camp. START / SELECT: open search/unlock/find party/quit commands.

Battles and treasure chests offer progress, but injuries, limited spells and traps make the return to town part of the expedition. Rest at the inn, buy supplies and use the temple for serious conditions rather than pushing deeper with an exhausted group.
