Quick start
Choose story mode and practise a short dash by double-tapping left or right. Start with one special technique, watch SP after using it and check the available recovery before the next opponent.
Controls
D-pad moves, with two taps left or right to dash. A and B handle attacks and technique commands. For Hiei, down, down-forward, forward+A uses his flame attack and spends SP. Read the fighter's own command list for other techniques.

Healing and SP recovery resources change how long a fighter can keep pressing, so watch both gauges instead of chasing one more attack without a reserve. Each character's command sequence offers a different way to control the duel. Learn one reliable technique first, then combine it with movement and ordinary strikes as the story carries the team toward its next opponent.
