How to Play Star Ocean: Blue Sphere
Quick start
After the opening events, organise a three-person expedition before leaving to explore. Talk to nearby people and inspect objects with A. In a battle move into range and use A to attack; use B for the assigned skill. Return to the menu to review equipment and skills before a longer trip.
Controls
The directional pad moves on the field and in battle. A talks, inspects and confirms, and attacks during combat. B cancels or uses the assigned battle skill. START opens the menu to manage the party.
Star Ocean: Blue Sphere — About this game
On the field, talk to residents, inspect objects and consider which companion can solve the obstacle ahead. Contact with an enemy moves the party into a side-view battle where you control the lead fighter and allies act alongside you. Skills also feed into creating useful items, so the characters’ development affects both fighting and exploration.
This edition presents the game in Simplified Chinese.
