Use the D-pad for the required direction and A for Dirk’s sword. START or SELECT pauses; choose Continue or Quit with the D-pad and A.
Dragon's Lair — About this game
Tutorial Mode offers visual hints for the first scenes, helping you learn when and how to respond. A correct move at the wrong time can still fail, and Dirk may not move immediately because the animation must finish. Watch the safest direction; if none is safe, consider the sword action. Practice the sequence patiently, then carry that timing into the rooms leading to Singe the dragon.
