How to Play Aaahh!!! Real Monsters
Quick start
Choose a file and begin the first monster-school assignment. You control Ickis, Oblina and Krumm as one team, so learn to switch with Down+A whenever a character's special move suits the obstacle ahead. Pick up rubbish for stronger three-shot throws, but save Monster Manual energy for a well-aimed Scare or Triple Monster Move. Explore side routes for collectibles and health, and approach each victim from a safe position before trying to scare them.
Controls
Use the D-pad to walk, crouch and climb ladders. Press B to throw rubbish and C to jump. Press A to spend Monster Manual energy on the active monster's Scare. Down+A switches between Ickis, Oblina and Krumm; Up+A performs a Triple Monster Move when the situation allows it. Start pauses. Basic projectiles are unlimited, while rubbish pickups temporarily give a more powerful three-projectile throw.
