How to Play Action 52
Quick start
Use the color-coded menu to pick a game: green titles are beginner, purple intermediate, yellow expert, blue two-player, and white special. Start with a green game to learn the collection's recurring platform and shooter ideas, or choose Randomizer for a surprise selection. Each title has its own objective and button use, so spend the first few moments testing A, B, and C; The Cheetahmen, for example, uses B to jump and C to attack while you rescue caged cubs.
Controls
The D-pad handles menu navigation and movement, while Start begins or pauses a selection. Because Action 52 contains 52 separate games, A, B, and C do not have one universal in-game function: they may jump, fire, accelerate, shield, or attack depending on the title. In The Cheetahmen, B jumps, C attacks, and Up/Down climbs vines and ladders. Use the manual's entry for the selected game when a control is unclear.
