How to Play Addams Family Values
Quick start
Begin as Uncle Fester outside Debbie's estate and talk to every family member or unusual character you meet; they provide clues, trade items and open the next part of the search for Pubert. Enter nearby paths methodically, inspect signs and switches with C, and use Start whenever you need to equip a key, potion or weapon. Your basic electrical Zzap costs no selected item, so use it to clear space while saving equipment for puzzles and tougher rooms.
Controls
The D-pad moves Fester in all directions. A performs the electrical Zzap attack; on the inventory screen it selects the highlighted item and places it in the Equipment Box. B uses the item currently equipped in that box. C reads signs, pushes buttons, pulls switches, examines objects and starts conversations; during dialogue it advances text and confirms Yes/No choices. Start opens or closes the inventory and pauses the action while it is displayed.
