How to Play Alien Soldier
Quick start
Choose GAME START, then use Mission Set Up to select four weapons; carry a mix that covers straight targets, wide angles, and sustained damage rather than four similar guns. In battle, keep moving and fire with B, but watch each weapon’s energy and switch with A before it is exhausted. Practice Zero Teleport immediately: press Down+C, choose a direction, then press C again to burst across the screen; at full health the dash also damages enemies. Double-tap B to use Counter Force against mines and energy shots, and press C again in midair to hover. Bosses dominate the game, so learn their safe side before spending your strongest weapon.
Controls
D-pad: move, crouch with Down, aim, and choose weapons or menu items. A: open the carried-weapon display, move left/right to highlight a weapon, then press A again to equip it. B: fire; double-tap B for Counter Force, which repels mines and can turn enemy energy blasts into Energy Stars. C: jump; press again in midair to hover, and again for a spinning jump. Zero Teleport: Down+C, choose a direction, then C. Start: pause/resume. X/Y/Z are unused.
