How to Play Bill Walsh College Football
Quick start
Start with a Regular Game, choose two teams, and use fair weather while learning. On offence, pick a running play first, press C to snap, then steer the ball carrier with the D-pad; A dives, B gives a burst of speed, and C hurdles. For a pass, press C after the snap to show the receiver windows, then press the matching A, B, or C button. On defence, press B to take the player nearest the ball, A to dive, and C to jump or block. For field goals and kickoffs, aim with Left/Right, press C to start the meter, and press C again near the top.
Controls
D-pad: navigate menus, move the controlled player, and aim kicks. Start: pause. Before the snap on offence, C snaps, B makes a fake snap, and A opens an audible followed by A/B/C. After the snap, A dives, B accelerates or spins when held, and C hurdles; in passing mode A/B/C throws to the matching receiver. On defence, B switches to the nearest player, A dives, and C jumps or raises the player’s hands. For kicks, C starts and stops the power meter.
