How to Play Body Count
Quick start
Move the crosshair continuously and shoot hostile targets before they can attack. Bullets are the standard weapon; conserve the limited missiles or grenades for bosses and dense waves. Shoot visible pickups rather than trying to touch them, and destroy incoming missiles before returning fire at the launcher. Boss armour reacts with visible metal shrapnel when you hit a vulnerable area. After each level boss, memorise the flashing colour because the final boss on Level 5 tests the accumulated sequence.
Controls
D-pad: move the aiming crosshair. A: fire bullets. B: launch a missile or grenade. Start: pause and resume. The controls can be reassigned in Options, and the game supports the Sega Mega Mouse. You begin with five hearts, 32 bullets, five blue grenades, and five continues; shoot item icons to collect them.
