Choose 1 Player Start for the story or 2 Player Start for co-op, then pick Captain America, Hawkeye, Iron Man, or Vision. Training Mode is useful for testing attacks against a second player before the five-stage campaign. In a fight, double-tap a direction to dash into space, use short attack strings, and hold an attack button when you need to defend. Press both attack buttons together for the hero’s projectile or signature weapon, but keep moving while it returns or recharges. Shooting sections use the same jump and attack buttons as fire controls, so concentrate on dodging and tap repeatedly when Wasp support appears.

Move with the D-pad and double-tap a direction to dash. In the default layout, A jumps while B and C attack; holding an attack button defends. Press B+C together for a special such as Captain America’s shield throw or Hawkeye’s arrows. In shooting stages, the jump and attack buttons all fire. Button roles can be reassigned in Options, so if the layout has been changed, follow the game’s Jump and Attack labels rather than the physical letter.
