How to Play Doom Troopers
Quick start
Choose Mitch Hunter for balanced gunplay or Max Steiner for heavier close-range damage, then move cautiously until the first weapon pickup. Fire in short bursts, crouch beneath incoming shots, and jump before pits or low hazards. Ammunition is limited, so use the default weapon on isolated enemies and save explosives or stronger guns for armoured targets and bosses. Search upper platforms for health and extra ammunition before crossing the stage exit.
Controls
D-pad: move, crouch, and aim Up/Down. A: fire the current weapon. B: jump. C: cycle weapons or use the selected secondary weapon. Start: pause and view status. Direction plus fire aims diagonally where supported; crouching changes the firing height. Pickups replenish health, ammunition, and weapons.
