How to Play Exile
Quick start
Speak to every resident in Sadler's starting town, buy healing supplies, and check equipment before leaving. Field travel uses a top-down view: fight weak enemies for money and experience, but return before health or antidotes run low. Dungeons and battles switch to side-view action; keep moving, strike from the edge of weapon range, and use magic only when its effect justifies the MP. Save in town before entering a new region.
Controls
D-pad: move on the field and in action battles; Up enters doors or climbs where allowed. B: attack with the equipped weapon. C: jump. A: open the menu or cast/use the selected spell or item according to context. Start: pause/status. Menu commands manage equipment, magic, items and saving; battle movement and weapon reach change with equipment.
