How to Play G-LOC: Air Battle
Quick start
Select a mission and check whether Limited or Free movement is active. Use the Vulcan cannon on targets directly ahead and wait for the lock indicator before spending a Sidewinder missile on a distant aircraft. Tap afterburner to close a gap or escape danger, but keep the fighter centred enough to reacquire targets. Each mission requires a specified hit total before time expires; collect points efficiently, then spend them on equipment that improves the next sortie instead of buying every upgrade immediately.
Controls
The D-pad controls the fighter’s flight path. A engages the afterburner, B launches Sidewinder missiles, and C fires the Vulcan cannon. Start begins and pauses the mission. Sidewinders should be fired after an enemy is locked, while the cannon is suited to close, centred targets. The Options screen changes difficulty and movement style. Mission and equipment screens use the D-pad to highlight a choice and a face button to confirm it.
