How to Play Garfield: Caught in the Act
Quick start
Start on Kitty difficulty if you want extra ammunition, then move through each movie set looking for the warp door. Use B at close range and save A-thrown ammunition for enemies that are awkward to approach. Push movable objects with Left or Right to solve route obstacles, and collect food to refill health. Pooky marks a restart point, while a coffee mug grants temporary invincibility. Find the Mallet Key when possible to enter the bonus round, and write down the three-picture password shown after your continues run out.
Controls
The D-pad moves Garfield left and right, looks up, crouches, and pushes movable objects horizontally. A throws the current ammunition, B attacks with the held weapon, and C jumps. Start advances the title and story screens and pauses during play. On the Password screen, Left/Right chooses one of the three positions, Up/Down changes its character and Start submits the password. The Options menu also provides Normal or Kitty difficulty and bonus-round practice.
