How to Play Journey from Darkness: Strider Returns

Quick start

Lead Strider Hinjo across each stage, climb platforms and walls, and cut through enemies before the energy meter empties. Keep moving to avoid concentrated fire, attack from ledges when possible, and collect power-ups before taking on the stage boss. Learn each boss pattern rather than trading hits.

Controls

D-pad: run, crouch, and climb when the scenery allows. Face buttons: slash with the cypher, jump, and trigger the remaining context action or weapon function. Start pauses. Practise the jump and cypher buttons at the start of the first stage, then combine directions with movement to catch ledges and climb surfaces.
