How to Play Legend of Wukong
Quick start
Speak to everyone in each town, search houses and shops for clues, and upgrade equipment before entering the field. Carry healing items and, in battle, reduce the enemy group quickly by balancing attacks, techniques and items. When companions join, keep durable members in front and support characters supplied with recovery resources. Check equipment and healing before bosses, and note dialogue clues to avoid wandering.
Controls
D-pad: move and choose menu commands. A: confirm, talk and inspect. B: cancel or return. C: open the command menu. Start: may open status or begin play. Battles use the same buttons to choose commands and targets. Exact A/B/C assignments were not independently verified, so follow the English on-screen prompts.
