How to Play Little Medusa

Quick start

Enter each compact puzzle room and study the traps, enemies, exits, and timer before moving. Little Medusa can petrify enemies, turning threats into stone pieces that can be pushed into useful positions. Use those stones to block danger, form routes, or line up the solution, then reach the goal before time expires. Avoid spending moves without a purpose, restart quickly if a stone becomes trapped, and clear the five main worlds to seek the hidden sixth world.

Controls

D-pad: move Little Medusa one direction at a time and choose menu options. A/B/C: use the petrifying action, confirm, or restart/undo where the current screen allows; Start: begin or pause. Official material confirms petrifying enemies, pushing stones, traps, timers, five worlds, and a hidden sixth world, but no authoritative Genesis button chart was found, so the exact action and reset buttons should be checked in the first room.
