How to Play Micro Machines: Turbo Tournament '96
Quick start
Begin with a Single Race to learn the new and revised tracks. B accelerates and A brakes or reverses; approach blind corners with small steering taps because each miniature vehicle handles differently. In Challenge modes, consistent finishes matter more than risky shortcuts. For multiplayer, connect pads to the J-Cart and use shared-pad mode only after everyone understands the automatic-acceleration controls.
Controls
D-pad Left/Right: steer. B: accelerate. A: brake or reverse. C: fire the cannon when driving a tank. Start: pause; the pause menu can retire from a race. J-Cart ports allow four pads, and supported races can place two players on one pad for up to eight participants.
