How to Play Midway Presents Arcade's Greatest Hits
Quick start
Pick one of the five cabinets and learn its objective before chasing scores. In Defender and Defender II, protect humans and save smart bombs; in Joust, flap in short bursts and strike enemies from above. Robotron rewards constant movement while firing in another direction, and Sinistar requires mining crystals for bombs before the boss forms. Use each title’s Options to review its remapped arcade controls.
Controls
D-pad: move or steer in every game. Joust uses an action button to flap. Defender/Defender II assign fire, reverse, smart bomb, hyperspace and Inviso across A/B/C and Start combinations. Robotron maps firing directions to face buttons and can use a second pad for twin-stick play. Sinistar uses fire and Sinibomb buttons. Start pauses or returns to the collection menu.
