How to Play Might and Magic: Gates to Another World

Quick start

Create a balanced six-character party with front-line fighters, a thief and both clerical and sorcerous magic. In Middlegate, buy food and basic gear, equip every item and map the town before leaving. Rest only when food and safety allow, keep antidotes and condition cures ready, and record clues from NPCs. In turn battles, focus dangerous casters first and conserve spell points for dungeons.

Controls

D-pad: turn, move through the first-person world and select menus. A: confirm, interact and choose commands or targets. B: cancel or return. C: open the command/menu panel. Start: party status or system menu. Combat, inventory, spells and character actions are chosen from on-screen icons and lists.
