How to Play Monopoly
Quick start
Choose the number of human and computer players, then use the standard rules while learning. Roll, move automatically and decide whether to buy unowned property; if you decline, remember it may go to auction. Build evenly once you own a full colour group, keep cash for rent and mortgage weak properties before selling houses in a panic. Use trades to complete monopolies, but compare rent potential and cash flow first.
Controls
D-pad: move the cursor around menus, deeds and trade screens. A: confirm, roll, buy or accept. B: cancel, back out or open/close Options where shown. C: view property information, board status or cycle panels. Start: begin or pause. On-screen prompts label actions during auctions, trades, mortgages and building.
