How to Play Mortal Kombat 3
Quick start
Choose a fighter and win two rounds by emptying the opponent’s health bar. Learn one reliable combo, a projectile or advancing special, and a safe anti-air attack before attempting longer strings. Block often, punish missed attacks, and save finishing commands for the Finish Him or Finish Her prompt.
Controls
D-pad: move, crouch, jump, and enter special-move directions. Six-button layout: X high punch, Y low punch, Z high kick, A low kick, B block, C run. With a three-button pad, Start switches the active punch/kick set. Character special moves, combos, Fatalities, and Animalities use fighter-specific sequences.
