How to Play NHL '94
Quick start
Choose Exhibition, Playoffs, or Shootout, select teams and period options, then take the opening faceoff. On offense, pass into space, use one-timers by passing to a teammate and shooting before he receives it, and change lines before stamina collapses. On defense, switch early, angle skaters away from the slot, and use manual goalie control for breakaways.
Controls
D-pad: skate and aim passes or shots. With the puck, A dumps/clears or opens line changes, B passes, and C shoots; hold C for a slap shot. Without the puck, A hooks or blocks, B switches skaters, and C checks or gives a speed burst. Hold B to take manual control of the goalie. At faceoffs, press B with a direction. Start pauses and opens the scoreboard.
