How to Play Olympic Gold

Quick start

Choose Practice and learn one event before entering the Mini or Full Olympics. Alternate A and B rhythmically in running events, then use the event action at a hurdle, vault, or finish. Archery, diving, and swimming use separate timing rules, so read the prompt and practice a clean attempt across all seven Barcelona ’92 events.

Controls

D-pad: Menus and event-specific direction or angle. A/B: Alternate to build speed or power. C: Event action, including hurdling and entering bow-tension mode in archery. Start: Confirm or pause. Controls change by event, so use Practice and read its instruction panel.
