How to Play Pete Sampras Tennis
Quick start
Choose Singles, Doubles, Tournament, World Tour, or a multiplayer match and select court surface and player. Move into position before committing to a shot, use normal ground strokes for consistency, lob opponents who crowd the net, and add topspin or a directional dive only when the point demands it. Time serves at the top of the toss for pace and placement.
Controls
D-pad: move and aim. A lobs; while serving, A sends an automatic serve. B hits a normal shot and, on serve, controls speed and direction for stronger placement. C hits topspin; press C with left or right to dive in that direction. Start pauses. The J-Cart editions support extra controllers for up to four players.
