How to Play Prince of Persia
Quick start
The clock is always running, so move deliberately without unnecessary backtracking. Use careful steps at ledges, test suspicious tiles, and take a running start for wide gaps; hold the action button whenever you may need to catch a ledge. Draw the sword near guards, block before counterattacking, and search for switches and safe drops.
Controls
D-pad: Run, turn, crouch, climb, and fight; Up blocks while duelling. A: Careful step, pick up an item, or hold to grab a ledge. B: Jump; combine with a direction for standing or running jumps. C: Draw/sheathe the sword or perform the contextual secondary action. Start: Pause/options.
