How to Play Second Samurai
Quick start
Choose one or two players and fight through time-spanning stages as the samurai. Cut down enemies, collect food and weapon items, and search upper and lower paths for switches or exits. Save throwing knives for enemies that are dangerous at sword range, combine attacks with jumps to cross crowded platforms, and keep both fighters on screen during simultaneous co-op so neither player is trapped by scrolling.
Controls
D-pad: move and crouch. A: throw a limited knife. B: attack with the sword. C: jump. Start: begin or pause. Attack while jumping to hit airborne or elevated enemies; in two-player mode, coordinate movement because the shared screen advances only when both samurai can follow.
