How to Play Sensible Soccer
Quick start
Choose a club or national side, set the formation, and move the ball with quick one-touch passes rather than long dribbles. After passing, run into space and use diagonal movement to pull defenders away. Mix low passes, high balls, and shots, apply direction after striking to bend the ball, and switch quickly to the nearest defender when possession changes. In two-player matches, keep the back line compact.
Controls
D-pad: move the controlled player and aim or bend the ball. A: high pass or lob. B: short pass and menu confirmation. C: shoot. Without the ball, the action buttons switch player or perform standing and sliding challenges according to distance and direction. Start pauses. Tap rather than hold for controlled short actions.
