How to Play Shining in the Darkness
Quick start
Explore the first-person labyrinth one square at a time, map intersections, and return to town before the party runs out of magic or healing. Upgrade equipment, recruit Milo and Pyra, and use status spells to control dangerous groups. Check walls for hidden passages and save in town before a long descent.
Controls
D-pad: move or turn in the dungeon and navigate menus. A or C: open and confirm commands, attacks, spells, items, or targets. B: cancel or close a menu. Start opens status where supported. Combat is command based: choose each party member’s action, then confirm the round.
