How to Play Shinobi III: Return of the Ninja Master
Quick start
Guide Joe Musashi through each mission, slash nearby enemies, throw shuriken at distant threats, and use blocks or somersaults to avoid concentrated fire. Master the running slash, wall jump, dive kick, and hanging movement before later stages. Save ninjutsu for bosses or dangerous sections because each life has limited uses.
Controls
D-pad: move, crouch, climb, and block by holding Down. B: attack or throw shuriken. C: jump; press again for a somersault. A: use the selected ninjutsu. Double-tap a direction to run; run+B performs a dash slash, Down+C in the air performs a dive kick, and jump toward walls to rebound.
