How to Play Super Locomotive
Quick start
Drive the locomotive to the station while monitoring both the track view and the route display. Adjust speed before signals, choose the correct rail at junctions, and fire smoke at enemies approaching from behind. Transform into Super Locomotive to become faster and temporarily invincible, but use it sparingly because energy drains more quickly. Clear a round with energy remaining, then shoot down aircraft in the bonus scene.
Controls
D-pad Up/Down: increase or reduce speed, including reverse. D-pad Left/Right: switch rails at a junction in the direction of travel. A and B are the configurable Smoke and Change actions: Smoke fires Super Smoke backward, while Change transforms the train for temporary speed and invincibility. Start pauses. The options menu can swap the action-button layout.
