How to Play Teitoku no Ketsudan
Quick start
Select one of the U.S.-Japan and manage the base, fleet, aviation, production and外交lomat to promote the Pacific War. Do not move the main ship without the neglect, secure fuel and supply lines, and operate the fleet within the reach of aviation support. Reaffirm the order before each phase ends.
Controls
Directional keys: Map cursor and menu movement. A/C: Fleet, base, instruction, and decision. B: Cancel, displayed in the front screen. START: Total information or phase progress. Operations are estimates from materials, and commands available depending on scenarios and strategy phases.
