How to Play Tetris
Quick start
Move and rotate falling tetrominoes to complete horizontal lines with no gaps. Keep the stack low, preserve a vertical well for the long I piece, and repair holes before building higher. As speed increases, use the preview and place pieces deliberately rather than relying on last-second movement.
Controls
D-pad left/right: move the falling piece. Down: soft drop. A/C: rotate in opposite directions. B: rotate or cancel depending on the selected control setting. Start: pause. Complete one to four horizontal lines at once; the game ends when a new piece cannot enter the field.
