Play The Faery Tale Adventure (World edition) Online

You begin as Julian in Tambry. Explore nearby buildings, talk to everyone and gather food, healing items and equipment before travelling far into Holm. The world runs in real time, so watch the day-night cycle and save supplies for long routes. Search containers and landmarks, use the action list to examine clues and keep a weapon ready before approaching monsters. If Julian dies the quest passes to Philip and then Kevin, so learning roads, shrines and safe towns is as important as winning each fight.

The D-pad moves the hero and attacks in eight directions when a weapon is ready. A makes the immediate attack. B selects an action; press B again to open the item submenu, then choose an object to use. C performs the highlighted action, such as talking, examining, opening or using the selected item. Start opens the main status and command display. Move carefully around doors and characters because the same directional movement used for travel also determines your attack direction in real-time combat.
