How to Play The Pagemaster
Quick start
Begin in the Horror world and guide Richard through books, castles, pirate ships, and fantasy stages. Search side paths for health and weapon pickups, jump on safe enemies, and save stronger magic or throwable weapons for crowded platforms and bosses. Reach each exit to move across the library map and continue the journey home.
Controls
D-pad: walk, crouch, climb, and move through menus. A: jump; hold a direction for a running jump. B: use the equipped weapon or magic. C: cycle through available weapons. Start: pause and view the current inventory. Richard can also defeat some enemies by landing on them.
