How to Play Beavis and Butt-Head
Quick start
Press START at the title. Begin as Butt-Head, move left/right and jump with 2. Hold 1 with a direction to run. Use down + 2 to collect ground items; at a shop or pay phone, use up + 2 to buy or check the coin slot.
Controls
D-pad left/right: move. 2: jump. 1 + left/right: run. Up + 2: shop interaction or check a pay phone. Down + 2: pick up food or items. START: pause; select a character or Password in the pause menu and confirm with START. In Options, up/down selects and START changes settings.
Beavis and Butt-Head — About this game
This is a pre-release build of Beavis and Butt-Head. Beavis and Butt-Head have a practical problem: GWAR tickets cost more money than they have. The Game Gear game sends them through Highland’s streets, Burger World, school, hospital and mall to raise cash and reach the concert. You begin as Butt-Head and can switch characters through the pause menu; both use the same controls. Keep the pair from becoming separated and avoid the animals and other hazards in their way. Light bulbs show their attention span, which falls when they are hurt. Losing all attention costs a life, removes their cash and restarts the current level. Food helps, but spending too much on it works against the ticket fund, and too many nachos or burritos can make them ill. Use the pause menu to record a password before continuing the money hunt.
