How to Play Chicago Syndicate
Quick start
Press START at the title, select Training with Up/Down and press START. At the railway, choose a neighborhood with Left/Right and confirm with 1 or 2. Practise jumping with Up and combining Right with 1 for a punch or 2 for a kick.
Controls
Left/Right: walk. Up: jump; Up/Right: forward jump; Down: crouch; Down/Left: block. Right + 1: right cross. Right + 2: side kick. These directions follow the manual’s right-facing examples. START + 1 + 2: pause; then START returns, Up goes to warehouse, Down quits.
Chicago Syndicate — About this game
This is a pre-release build of Chicago Syndicate. Chicago Syndicate combines side-view fighting with decisions about where to strike. As former gangster Larcen Tyler, you have until the end of 1920 to break the city’s organized crime network. The warehouse and railway let you inspect neighborhoods and travel to a target. Gang strength depends on factors such as thugs, munitions and morale, so gathering information helps you choose a favorable moment. While you fight in one district, conditions elsewhere keep changing. You can leave a battle, but returning may reveal fresh supplies or different opposition. Training is a useful first stop for learning the directional punches and kicks before committing to the campaign.
