Defenders of Oasis follows a young prince whose kingdom guards one of the rings imprisoning Ahriman. Travel between allied towns, gather information and prepare for encounters beyond their walls. The party grows to four members, each with a distinct role: the prince leads with strong attacks, a dancer can strike the whole enemy group, a thief hides before launching an assault, and a genie supplies spells. Speed influences the order of action, so examine each character’s condition rather than treating the party as interchangeable attackers. Defeated characters remain unconscious until revived or the battle ends, making healing and defensive commands useful when the fight turns against you. Shops buy and sell supplies, while the character menu lets you review status, equipment and magic. Automatic saving and three record slots support short sessions; the title menu can copy a record when an empty slot is available.
