How to Play Fantasy Zone Gear
Quick start
Press START at the title. Fly with the directional pad, fire with1 and bomb with2. Destroy bases and collect coins. Take a SHOP balloon to buy equipment. During play, START opens the owned-parts selection; choose a part and confirm with1 or2.
Controls
Directional pad: fly or move the menu cursor.1: forward shot or confirm purchase.2: bomb or confirm purchase. START: begin or open the parts-selection screen. Select EXIT to return from the parts/shop screen.
Fantasy Zone Gear — About this game
Fantasy Zone follows Opa-Opa Jr. through seven colorful zones. You can fly left or right, using forward shots and downward bombs to destroy the enemy bases before confronting the boss. Defeated enemies leave coins, turning combat into the means of buying better equipment. Collect a SHOP balloon to visit the store, then choose useful movement or weapon upgrades. Owned parts can be changed from the selection screen during play. A lost life also costs the equipment you carried, so spending money requires a little planning. Begin by learning the different attack paths rather than trying to hit every target with the same weapon.
