Quick start
Press START to begin. Move with directions and fire ordinary shots with 1. Collect shot power-ups and mana, then use 2 for the selected special attack. Keep room to evade during the boss fight and inspect information and upgrades at the next village.

Fray - Shugyou Hen — About this game
Fray: Shugyou-hen turns a fantasy journey into direct overhead action. Move through the stages firing single projectiles, then collect power-ups that widen the attack. Elemental special attacks add another option, but depend on mana pickups rather than unlimited use. Each stage ends in a boss fight before a village stop for information and upgrades. That rhythm makes reaching the end only part of the task: arrive with enough resources to face the stronger opponent waiting there. Keep space around Fray, choose a clear path between incoming threats and use the spread of the current weapon rather than moving into danger for every shot.
