How to Play Tarot no Yakata
Quick start
Press START to enter. Choose a fortune-teller with Left or Right and confirm with 2. Press 2 to shuffle, reveal cards and advance the reading. Use 1 to revisit the current illustration. At the end, press Right to review drawn cards, or 2 on the glowing end card to finish.
Controls
Left/Right: choose a fortune-teller. 2: confirm, shuffle and advance text or cards. 1: return to the current card illustration; it does not rewind the entire reading. At the end, Right reviews drawn cards; Left ends the reading. START: begin.
Tarot no Yakata — About this game
House of Tarot presents a quiet visit to three fortune-tellers, each with a different conversational focus. Choose a host, shuffle the deck and reveal the cards one at a time while reading their interpretations. The illustrated deck uses twenty-two tarot cards, with meanings connected to their orientation. Progress depends on selecting and reading rather than quick reactions. A backward step lets you revisit the current illustration, while the end screen opens a fuller review of the cards already drawn. For a first visit, follow one reading through to its end before comparing the hosts. The attraction is the sequence of pictures and interpretations presented by the characters.
