How to Play Jeopardy! - Sports Edition
Quick start
Choose VS Computer with the D-pad and 1. Enter your name with the cursor and 1, use 2 to delete, then select END. Pick a character and a clue. In solo play, press 1 to buzz in.
Controls
D-pad: cursor and category browsing; player two’s buzzer in two-player mode. 1: confirm choices, characters and letters, advance screens; solo buzzer. 2: delete entry or reshuffle categories before the first clue. START: pause/unpause.
Jeopardy! - Sports Edition — About this game
Jeopardy! Sports Edition brings the television quiz board to Game Gear. Choose a category and dollar value, read the clue and buzz in when you know the response. The cursor keyboard makes spelling part of the challenge, so leave time to finish an entry rather than merely recognizing the answer. Correct responses build your total while mistakes put that lead at risk. Setup lets you face the computer or choose two players, enter a short name and select a character. Before the first clue, the board’s categories can be reshuffled with 2, giving you a chance to choose a more comfortable starting set. This edition focuses its clues on sports, so recall of teams, players and competitions drives the choice of category.
