NBA Action Starring David Robinson — About this game
This is a pre-release build of NBA Action Starring David Robinson. NBA Action starring David Robinson brings five-on-five basketball to Game Gear. Pick from 27 NBA teams with player attributes covering shooting, speed, stamina and defense, then move the ball through passes and drives instead of relying on one shooter. Exhibition play offers a quick matchup, while 26-game and 82-game seasons add standings, statistics and a route toward the playoffs. Switching the controlled defender helps cover the ball, but risky steals and deliberate fouls can give away possessions or free throws. The original game supports a second player through a Gear-to-Gear cable. Start with an exhibition to learn where your teammates move before committing to a longer season.
