Play Pac-In-Time Online

The Game Gear prototype of Pac-in-Time is a puzzle platform adventure in which reaching the end requires more than a well-timed jump. Pac-Man gains abilities from items: bubbles enable underwater movement and bubble shots, a rope lets him swing across gaps, fireballs attack enemies and scenery, and a hammer ability bites through certain bricks. Electric fields can add or remove an ability each time you pass through them, so equipment becomes part of the route puzzle. Switch the equipped item to match the obstacle ahead and use the D-pad to guide movement, aiming and rope length. Keep track of keys and switches while exploring; the route often demands returning with the right tool rather than simply moving right.
