How to Play Puzlow Kids
Quick start
Press START and choose a mode with the pad, confirming with 2. Move pairs Left/Right, rotate with 1 or 2 and press Down to descend faster. Make a group of four, then try a second match triggered by the falling pieces.
Controls
Left/Right: move pair. Down: drop faster. 1: rotate counterclockwise. 2: rotate clockwise; confirm in menus. 1 also returns in entry screens. START: begin/pause.
Puzlow Kids — About this game
Puzlow Kids is the English-facing version of the first Game Gear Puyo Puyo. Falling pairs form a growing field: connect at least four of one color to clear them, and let the pieces above fall into another match for a chain. In a battle, that chain sends nuisance blocks to the other field. Leave room near the entry column and avoid building a tall wall before you know where the next pair can fit. A small two-step chain is a useful first goal because it teaches you to place one color underneath another. Rotate left with 1 or right with 2, and use Down only when you have chosen the landing. This is the first-generation ruleset, with its own opponents and modes.
