How to Play Scratch Golf
Quick start
Choose one player and Exercise. Set the course and club with directions and 2. Select the shot, then press 2 to start the meter, again for power and a third time for impact; red marks the best impact.
Controls
Directions: choose shot parameters. 2: confirm/contact point; on meter three presses start, power and impact. 1: cancel. START: begin. Exercise allows retries; Super-Exercise uses numerical inputs.
Scratch Golf — About this game
Scratch Golf offers two eighteen-hole courses and practice modes that let you study the shot. Scratch Mode compares you with three computer golfers, while Exercise lets you retry a ball or select a hole. Club material, stance and the ball’s contact point affect the flight, so the longest suggested club is not always the best answer. Use the meter to set power and impact timing, aiming for a clean strike rather than maximum force every time. Super-Exercise exposes numerical settings for wind and the shot, making it useful for learning how one adjustment changes the result.
