How to Play Spider-Man - Return of the Sinister Six
Quick start
Press START. Move left/right, jump with 1 and hold it for height. Use 2 to attack. Beside web fluid press down to collect it. While high-jumping with 1 held, press 2 to throw a swinging web.
Controls
Left/right: move; down: crouch; up/down: climb. 1: jump, hold for height; direction+1: somersault or jump off a wall. 2: punch/attack web when fluid is available; double 2: flying kick. Airborne with 1 held, 2 throws a swinging web. START: pause/resume.
Spider-Man - Return of the Sinister Six — About this game
Spider-Man: Return of the Sinister Six on Game Gear is a side-scrolling adventure through dangerous stages guarded by Electro, Sandman, Mysterio, Vulture, Hobgoblin and Doctor Octopus. Progress combines fighting with searching: level items open doors or passages and help you overcome specific obstacles. Attack webs require fluid pickups, each giving ten shots that can carry between stages. Move beside fluid and crouch to collect it rather than simply walking past. High jumps and wall climbing create routes around hazards, while a swinging web can only be thrown when Spider-Man is airborne. Check the energy display and avoid spending limited web shots on every minor enemy before reaching the stage’s super-villain.
