How to Play Spider-Man
Quick start
Press START through the introduction, set difficulty with the D-pad and confirm with 2. Use 2 to jump and 1 to punch. Double-press 2 beside a wall to stick, then crawl with the D-pad.
Controls
Left/right: move; down: crouch. 2: jump, down+2: jump down. 1: punch, down+1: kick, left/right+1: fire web. 1+2+left/right: web swing. Press 2 twice to grip a wall and again to leave it. START: pause/resume.
Spider-Man — About this game
Spider-Man’s Game Gear adventure pits him against Kingpin’s scheme to blame him for a bomb that will explode in twenty-four hours. The keys needed to disarm it are held by super-villains, making each encounter part of the rescue rather than just a fight for points. Crawl along walls, swing through gaps and use punches, low kicks and web attacks to reach them. Energy, remaining time, web cartridges and fluid are displayed separately, so a fast route still needs resource awareness. Wall movement can bypass danger but a swing requires a safe landing. Learn a short section before committing to a long web transfer, and keep enough room to react to the next enemy.
